Shipping of your parcel:

HOME DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO:

As soon as your parcel has been picked up by the Colissimo network, you will be able to track your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number which will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated and sent.

Depending on the value and size of your package, it will be delivered to you personally, deposited in your box. If its size does not allow mailbox delivery, it will be made available to you in the post office to which you are attached (delivered against signature and presentation of an identity document).

Deadlines:

Your parcel is delivered to your home within 2 to 4 working days. In the event of absence or if your parcel cannot be deposited in your mailbox, a transit advice note will be left with you so that you can pick it up at your post office (only in metropolitan France).

You have 10 days from the arrival of your parcel in the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.

RELAY POINT DELIVERY:

We deliver to the relay point of your choice (near your home or holiday destination). As soon as your parcel is taken care of in the relay network, you can track your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number which will be sent to you by email once your order validated and sent.

You are automatically notified, by email or SMS, of the arrival of your parcel in the chosen relay. You will be able to collect your parcel at the opening hours of the chosen store. Your parcel will be delivered to you against signature and after presentation of an identity document.

Deadlines:

Your parcel is delivered in the Relais of your choice within 2 to 4 working days for Metropolitan France. You have 10 days to collect your parcel after it has been received by the relay. After this deadline, it will be returned to Milk&Pepper. You will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of this omission.

Shipments and prices:

Free delivery in Metropolitan France from 25€ purchase, 75€ in Europe and 125€ worldwide.

Shipping is carried out under waterproof, tear-proof plastic packaging. Shipping times from the reception of your payment are 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for products in stock to which it is advisable to add delivery times by the carrier (48 hours on average in Metropolitan France).

Your tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is dispatched. You can then follow it on the carrier's website.

Rates are based on weight ranges.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered in specific areas may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination.

These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are at the customer's expense and are your responsibility. Please note that by ordering on the Site, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the merchandise. We want our customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries can be subject to an opening and inspection procedure by customs authorities.

Shipping and prices:

The procedure for delivery of parcels abroad is the same as that for delivery to metropolitan France.

However, in addition to your package, we also include a laminated pouch containing the necessary customs documents (3 CN23 and 3 commercial invoices) so that it is not blocked in customs.

The prices of delivery abroad vary according to the inhabited area.

Worldwide Free delivery from 75€ purchase.

The price of clothes delivered abroad (outside the EU) will be reduced by 20% as they will not be subject to French tax (VAT value).

All parcels sent internationally are delivered against signature.

DOM TOM:

All packages sent to the French Overseas Departments and Territories are delivered against signature.

The price of clothing delivered in the French Overseas Departments and Territories will be reduced by 20% since they will not be subject to French VAT (VAT value).

Remain of destinations:

Followed up to delivery for orders in the EU (excluding Greece, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta), Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, USA.

For other destinations, tracking is carried out to the French border.

Conditions of return

Thanks for your message, you can make a return request from your personal space on our site in the section History of your orders and in details of your order.
You can send us back the products in their original packaging with the invoice and return form to the following address:

At the reception of the parcel and after verification of the products, we will refund your money back.

1. Periods of the right of withdrawal

You must return the items to us within 14 days of the day you are notified of your right of withdrawal by mail or post.

For the duration of the withdrawal period, you must keep the products and take care of them. They must not have been used and/or worn and must be returned in their original packaging (see chapter 2:"Reimbursement conditions").

It will also not be taken into account, any request made after the deadline granted for this purpose (we may accept some returns after the deadline in certain isolated cases).

2. Conditions of refund

If you decide to return a product, it must:

- Not worn

- To be kept in its original state (returned in perfect condition, clean and not washed, the label must have been left on the product)

- Be returned inside or accompanied by its original packaging.

Milk&Pepper reserves the right not to accept returns of products that do not comply with the above conditions.

We therefore do not refund the item(s) that you send back to us if the product(s) are deliberately damaged, or for any other cause of damage if we have not previously noticed these defects upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse, nor to its shipment.

In the event that you are eligible for reimbursement of your return, it will be made on a standard shipping rate (return of your parcel in its original white plastic bag returned at the standard rate).

Will NOT be covered for any unnecessary extra costs such as: a transport pouch, express delivery, etc.

You will accompany your parcel with the completed return form (which will be sent to you by email following your request) and a copy of your original invoice (available in your personal space). The cost of this return will be at your expense.

Returns will also not be accepted if they are notified to us after the agreed deadline (see Chapter 1:"Periods of the right of withdrawal").

3. Conditions and deadlines for reimbursement

We will refund you within 21 business days of the day you notify us of your refund request, provided you return the item(s) within 14 days of notification of your refund request (postmarked).

Reimbursement may be deferred until we have received all items from the order you wish to return, or until you provide proof of shipment of the item and postmark.

You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products. We will not be held responsible for shipping costs, as well as the expenses of return without fault on our part. We can also give you a voucher as a refund if you wish to place a new order on our site. This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this deadline, no refund can be made.

4. Return cost of the item:

Returns are made by mail and are subject to a charge. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned products (excluding return of defective/non-compliant/incorrect item).

In the event of a defective, non-compliant return or the sending of an incorrect product by post, we will reimburse you the direct costs of return, based on a standard shipping rate. In order for your refund to be processed, please:

A- Attach in your parcel: the copy of your original invoice, the copy of the invoice of your return expenses, the return form fill in. Please note that returns must be made by Colissimo La Poste (no chronopost or express mail), otherwise, your expenses will not be refunded in full.

Special cases:

If you return your items to us without contacting our after-sales service beforehand, or for any particular reason, or after you have voluntarily degraded the product, you will then have to pay the totality of the costs incurred if however you wish to recover your parcel. We will also not be able to reimburse you for your items in the cases mentioned above (except in exceptional cases after analysis by our team). 

5. Exchange

We accept the exchange of articles. However, the expenses of return as well as the new expenses of delivery engendered will then be with your load (except error of our part).

6. Item received defective / damaged 

Please accept our apologies if you think any of your items are defective. We are very careful about the quality of our articles and we will have to investigate the defect in question.

If you return a defective product to us (necessarily by post), we will examine the product and notify you of your refund within a reasonable time.

Conditions:

In the event of an exchange of a defective product, you must return your defective product to Milk&Pepper within 30 (thirty) days.

We do not refund the item (s) that you send back to us if the products are deliberately damaged, or for any other cause of damage if we have not previously noticed these defects upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse, or upon shipment.

In the event of abusive behaviour by the customer in relation to this chapter, we may decide to refuse orders from a customer with whom a previous dispute or incident may exist, or to take legal action against the customer if friendly solutions have not been found.

No account will also be taken of any request made after the deadline granted for this purpose (1. time limits of the right of withdrawal).

What we put in place:

In the event of return of a defective product or non-compliant delivery (excluding incorrect takeover by a third party), we will offer you to exchange the product, make a new delivery in accordance with the order or cancel your order.

Defective products must be returned in accordance with the return policy described in:"2. Conditions of refund ".

Refund:

We will refund you as soon as possible, within 21 business days of the day you notify us of your refund request.

7. Article received incorrect:

We are very rigorous when preparing your order, but errors may occur. Please accept our apologies if you received the wrong item. Our customer service department aims to solve your problem as quickly as possible. In order to have a better handling of your case, it will sometimes be necessary to send more information such as photos, in order to choose the most appropriate solution for your situation.
